Those wishing to use the Firehouse for a public event are required to fill out the Facilities Request form at least 2 weeks in advance of the event.
This document is PDF-fillable which means you can download it to your computer, fill it out and then print and sign it. Alternately, your can print it out and fill it out by hand.
Copies of the Facilities Request are available at the SFE Firehouse.
